1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of riverguidelabs.com (the “Site”), which is operated by River Guide Labs, LLC (“River Guide Labs,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these Terms at any time; changes are effective when posted here.
2. Informational purposes only; no offer
The Site is for informational purposes only. Nothing on it is an offer, solicitation, recommendation or commitment for any transaction, or an offer to buy or sell any security or other financial product, and nothing on it is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice or a confirmation of any transaction. Products and services described on the Site may not be available to residents of certain jurisdictions.

3. Risk

The Site and its content, including text, design, logos and graphics, belong to River Guide Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site and print or share a page for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site or its content without our written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site unlawfully; to scrape, harvest or access it by automated means; to interfere with its operation or security; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or related systems; or to send us unsolicited promotions or malicious content. We may restrict access to the Site at any time.
7. Information you send us
If you email or otherwise contact us, we will use your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential documents, account numbers or other sensitive information until we have confirmed an NDA is in place. Contacting us does not create a client, advisory or fiduciary relationship, and nothing you send us is treated as confidential unless and until we agree in writing.
8. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party websites, including those of Finalis Securities LLC, FINRA and SIPC. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
9. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the Site and the information you send us, but no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee security. You send information at your own risk.
10. Accuracy; no warranty
Any market price, indicative value, estimate, view, opinion, data or other information on the Site is not warranted as to completeness or accuracy, is subject to change without notice, and we and Finalis Securities LLC accept no liability for its use or any obligation to update it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, River Guide Labs and its members, officers, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or from reliance on its content. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of this may not apply to you.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for any dispute arising from your use of the Site, except where the law requires otherwise.
