We advise companies and sponsors that want to acquire businesses, and we introduce the capital providers who fund acquisitions and growth, with particular depth in AI, digital and critical infrastructure. Transactions are typically $50 million and above. We act for the buyer. We do not run sell-side sale processes.

How it works in a paragraph

Each engagement starts with a defined objective: what to buy, why, and how to fund it. We help set the criteria, identify and screen candidate companies, approach their owners confidentially, support diligence and negotiation, and bring in capital providers where the buyer needs funding.
